- Develop a consistent and evolving education programme on gender, sexual orientation, romantic and emotional diversity, and sexual health, starting from an early age.
- End discrimination against same-sex couples in adoption and parental rights.
- Open marriage, adoption, and assisted reproductive technology (ART) to all, including transgender individuals, across the European Union.
- Provide increased resources for shelters and support centres for LGBTQIA+ youth, particularly those facing family rejection.
- Fully decriminalise abortion.
- Support grassroots organisations working with migrant sex workers, who are at increased risk of violence, HIV, and STDs.
- Continue training law enforcement on issues related to trans identity, gender self-determination, discrimination, and intra-community violence.
- Further the destigmatisation of MSM (men who have sex with men), transgender, and intersex people in blood donation policies by eliminating gender- and sexual orientation-based discrimination, shifting the focus to sexual practices rather than targeting specific communities.
